Sex Advice: How much sperm count needed to conceive a child?

Question. I am 32 years old and have been married for nine months. I underwent a semen test and found that my total sperm count is 9.8 million sperms per ml. When I ejaculate it is 21.5 million. Is this sufficient to conceive a child? If not, what can I do to increase the count? Please help. Answer.
