Sex Advice: How much sperm count needed to conceive a child?

Question. I am 32 years old and have been married for nine months. I underwent a semen test and found that my total sperm count is 9.8 million sperms per ml. When I ejaculate it is 21.5 million. Is this sufficient to conceive a child? If not, what can I do to increase the count? Please help. Answer. For better chances of conception, normal sperm count should be around 20 million sperms per ml with good motility. You should consult an andrologist to try and detect the reason for low sperm count and whether a corrective measure can be taken. Try two capsules of Addyzoa tablets (Charak) twice a day for at least three months.
